  1. aluminium or steel: crystalline \u2013 linear-elastic \u2013 ductile \u2013 invariant to temperature<\/li>\n
  2. glass: amorphous \u2013 linear-elastic \u2013 fragile \u2013 invariant to temperature<\/li>\n
  3. polimer interlayer: amorphous \u2013 viscoelastic \u2013 ductile \u2013 highly sensitive to temperature<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Although it is true that the behaviour of glass and aluminium (or steel) is not affected by the operating temperature, the close correlation between the behaviour of the laminated glass (a glass-plastic-glass sandwich) and the temperature cannot be ignored.
    \nStandard UNI EN 16612: 2019 provides relevant temperature thresholds to be used as reference for various applications.
    \nA laminated safety glass module (the use of monolithic glass is not allowed in Italy) requires CE marking.<\/p>\n
